I find it interesting that we keep being told that referring to the Netherlands as “Holland” is politically incorrect when, almost every Dutch person I’ve ever met (and there have been plenty) all answer they are “from Holland” when asked. For kicks I asked Roos to specify the city. For kicks.
Anyway, I dunno if I’ve mentioned this before on the blog, but I love shooting on overcast/cloudy days, especially with an f1.4 lens. Backgrounds appear dreamier, more mysterious.
